I'm Charlotte. I'm a social media coach and a practising ceramicist. I decided to put my own social media expertise to work on my ceramics — and the results were remarkable. Over 20 million views, a following grown from 1,000 to 6,000, and real sales and commissions generated directly from social media.
Now I'm helping other artists and makers with their social media
I've worked in social media professionally for over a decade. But like a lot of makers, I wasn't applying that knowledge to my own ceramics practice. I was just making.
So I decided to change that. I treated my own Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube the way I'd treat a client's account - with strategy, consistency, and a clear understanding of what makes content work for makers specifically.
The results surprised even me. Over 20 million views. Followers grew from 1,000 to 6,000. Sales and commissions coming directly from my social media presence. All this in in 6 months.
I'm not telling you this to boast. I'm telling you because it's repeatable - and I want to show you how.
And I know that's where a lot of you are right now.
Before I got a bit more focused about using social media to share my own work, I understood exactly how easy it is to let it slide. The making always comes first. The posting gets pushed to later. And then it never quite happens
If any of this sounds familiar:
You post something you're proud of and it disappears into the void
You know you should be more consistent but you never quite manage it
Social media feels too much on top of your actual work
You're not sure what to post, how often, or whether anyone's even watching
...then you're not doing it wrong. You just haven't had the right support yet.
Social media for makers is genuinely different from social media for brands. Your audience wants to see the process, the person, the story behind the work. They want to feel connected to you — not marketed at. Getting that balance right takes knowledge and confidence, and that's exactly what I'm here to give you.

Dates coming soon. Register your interest to be the first to hear when sessions are confirmed — and to get early access to booking.
Per session: £25–£45 (online) / £30–£50 (in-person)
Full series: £95 (online) / £150 (in-person)
A focused, personal session built entirely around you and your practice. We'll look at where you are now, where you want to get to, and build a clear, realistic plan to get there. Perfect if you want individual attention, have specific questions, or just want a trusted pair of eyes on your social media. Most people start with a single session and book more as needed.
Want the benefit of a coaching session without the full cost? Get together with one or two other makers and share the hour between you. You organise the group — it works best with two or three people who are at a similar stage or have complementary questions. I bring the expertise, you split the cost. At £99 for the session, that's as little as £33 each for a focused, personal hour of social media coaching.
Most social media coaches come from a marketing background. I do too — but I also come from a ceramics studio.
I understand the maker's relationship with their work. The ick of self-promotion. The fear of seeming too salesy. The tension between creating and marketing. I've felt all of it myself - and how it feels to move through it.
That means when we work together, I'm not translating corporate strategy into maker-friendly language. I'm speaking your language from the start.
After working with me, you'll have:
A clear sense of what to post and why. No more staring at a blank screen
A voice online that feels genuinely like you
A simple, realistic content plan that fits around your making
The confidence to show up consistently without it taking over your life
An understanding of what actually works for makers on social media right now
Whether you're just starting out on social media or you've been at it for a while and it's just not clicking - I'd love to have a conversation. Start with a free 20-minute call and we'll work out the best next step together.
